With a wide assortment of people and personalities living there, big changes are coming to Eden Hill<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Bill Higgs’ debut novel draws you in and makes you feel like a part of the community it describes. The characters are easy to relate to, and you can see them mature as the story progresses. Though I missed the time period of the book, I grew up in an area that held onto that way of life decades after the 1960s, and reading Eden Hill<\/em> made me think back to my childhood.<\/p>\n

Even though the story is down to earth and simple to follow, it is a great book to sit and read. There are a few twists that make the message of grace and forgiveness stands out. The characters learn about each other and themselves, and how everyone needs grace. The fact that God has given us this grace is very evident, and we can learn that right along with the people in the book.<\/p>\n

I really enjoyed reading Eden Hill<\/em>, and look forward to more books from Bill Higgs.<\/p>\n
