But it isn&#8217;t always easy, and big problems can come, especially if you don&#8217;t have a lot of business experience. <em>In You Can Save Your Small Business<\/em>, William Manchee, J.D. provides information on the biggest pitfalls a small business owner can face.<\/p> <p>The book is very informative. There are case studies and client stories that help communicate the point he is making. Nearly all the problems a small business can face that would put them in jeopardy of closing are addressed. The book goes beyond just pointing out the problems; it tells what needs to happen to avoid or correct them. There are many good tips and he encourages entrepreneurs to be well informed. Using the old adage &#8220;ignorance is bliss&#8221; as a defense won&#8217;t help you much when problems arise.<\/p> <p>The book is meant to help rescue businesses already in trouble, but can be used to stay out of trouble, too. I recently started a small business after working in one for many years. In my life, I have seen some of the problems he outlines firsthand, and have heard of other businesses in the area facing others.
