I am not a pastor, but I am a deacon at a small church and help some other small churches in the area. That is why I was interested in this book, so that I could better support the pastors I know. It has plenty of helpful information on what to expect and how pastors can serve their congregations. I would recommend this book to anyone that serves at a small town church.<\/p>
