Each part of the book is clear and simple to read. Leaders at all levels of a church can begin to put the concepts into use and work together to for disciples. The final chapter provides a plan for building a team that has discipleship as its goal. To form a culture, it is vital that everyone is committed to the goal. This book is a great read for any church that wants to help its members grow.<\/p>
