Gravitt first outlines what the problem is, how churches need to build a good foundation for Christians to allow for solid growth that will hold fast in times of trouble. Having laid this foundation for the book, he moves on to building not a program, but an entire culture of making disciples.<\/p> <p>Each part of the book is clear and simple to read. Leaders at all levels of a church can begin to put the concepts into use and work together to for disciples. The final chapter provides a plan for building a team that has discipleship as its goal. To form a culture, it is vital that everyone is committed to the goal.
