I mentioned in another post<\/a> that I like to know what is going on, preferably before it is going on. That isn’t always bad, but there will be times that I have no clue what is happening, much less, why it’s happening.<\/p>\n

Something I have noticed about myself, you may see this in yourself, too, is that I have that take charge attitude. I see a problem, and begin making plans to correct it. Since I tend to be shy, most of my plans never see the light of day, but they’re there if I ever need them.<\/p>\n

One thing that I must keep in mind is that there are things that I cannot do. All that stuff I was told in school that I can do whatever I set my mind to is bologna (or baloney if you prefer that spelling). I will never be a jockey, 6ft tall and 270lbs is a tad large for that job. You won’t see me on the news winning the basketball championship. I do not have the skills or coordination for that. On the bright side, I’m fine with that. I have accepted that I was made for a specific purpose. Now, if I could accept the fact that I don’t have to solve all the problems I see.<\/p>\n

Of course, there is something about that mentioned in the Bible. Jesus said that with God, all things are possible. Funny, my name isn’t in that verse. I wonder what that means. Could it be that it is alright not to be able to fix something. Naturally, that is what it means. God is really good about knowing what is best. Sometimes, He will use us, sometimes He’s going to use somebody else that is better equipped for the job. Since He does the equipping, we can rest assured that He knows who to send.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, if He calls you, that means you have a job to do. Convincing God that He made a mistake is going to be hard to do.<\/p>\n
