I can go along with that line of thought.<\/p>\n<p>I have heard many people talk about hearing from God, and even audibly hearing God&#8217;s voice. I have no reason to say that they are lying, but I can&#8217;t say I have the same experiences. It seems that I, too, am chasing after something that cannot be done.<\/p>\n<p>I know that isn&#8217;t true. I know that God will speak, not necessarily how we expect it, but He will speak somehow. Even with that in mind, I often feel like I&#8217;m looking for a sign by staring at a picture of a window. Waiting for something new to appear in something that doesn&#8217;t change.<\/p>\n<p>(If you&#8217;re still with me, I applaud your courage or question your sanity. I&#8217;ll let you pick.)<\/p>\n<p>You can hear all kinds of stories of people hearing a &#8220;voice,&#8221; one that doesn&#8217;t come through human ears. The prophets in the Old Testament experienced that. People nowadays do, too.
