Bjorklund isn’t expecting readers to repeat the prayers like a mantra, but instead to use them to build up their prayers. You can use them to reflect on your life, and let God speak to you.<\/p>\n

The book is easy to read and understand, and can be used either on a daily basis, or when you’re looking for guidance on a particular topic.<\/p>\n
