Have you ever stopped to think about how things would be if you got everything you wanted? Imagine that people came to you before they made a decision to find out what you think. You’re watching TV and this person from Ontario calls and asks whether he should take a job at a factory in another province. Wouldn’t that be strange, and stressful.

I, for one, do not need to be the last word on everything. I know far too little. Thankfully, God is all-knowing (omniscient for the scholarly people) and is more than capable of showing us the right way, once we stop pushing our agenda and earnestly seek His will.
