We hear about God a lot, but how much do we know about Him? Who is He, and what has He done? That is what I AM WHAT I AM does into details about.

When I first saw this book, I was excited about reading it. An in depth study about God and the promises He has made. Though I believe it is always best to consult God’s word when seeking Him, hearing from other people can be helpful,

This book is packed with information, dealing with God Himself, the covenants He made with His people (and us), even to the parables Jesus used,

This is not a book that you when just to pass some time; it has a lot of material, and will take time to go through it all. However, the way it is arranged by topics makes it easy to use as a reference book. You don’t have to read through a whole section looking for just one topic.

With all the good points it makes, there are things in it I do not agree with. One that stands out is found in the beginning pages, before the first chapter. According to what is written there, the last days of creation were spent by God recreating what the fallen angels had messed up. I don’t agree with that interpretation of Genesis, but this isn’t the place to debate something like that.

I still think this book has a lot of useful information in it, and makes a good reference to go with personal Bible study.
